No. Madani makes custom jewellery to order. Grillz are the focus right now. Rings, chains and one-off pieces are quoted, then made.

A grill is removable jewellery for your teeth: metal caps shaped to a mould of your mouth. It is not a dental device, not a crown, and it is not glued in.

Choose how many caps you want and which metal. The mould kit comes with that order and is posted to you. You take the mould at home, mark the teeth and the finish on the sheet in the kit, and send the mould back in the same packaging. We check it, then make the piece.

Not if you are ordering grillz. The kit is included with that order. Order a kit on its own only if you need another one.

A mould is a soft impression of the teeth the grill will sit on. The metal is made to that shape, so the mould needs to be clean and complete. Each tooth should show up to the gum, with no tear and no bubble.

We do not recommend eating or sleeping in them. They are jewellery, not a dental appliance. Take them out to eat, to sleep, and when you clean your teeth.

Each piece is made to your mould. If you change your mind once work on the piece has begun, we do not offer a refund. If the mould you send cannot be used, you get the jewellery price back. The mould kit is not refunded once it has been posted. If the finished piece is faulty, or is not what you ordered, we repair it, remake it, or refund that piece.

The grill is made to the shape of the mould. We do not reshape it on your teeth afterwards. If the mould did not show the tooth up to the gum, or it was pulled out of shape, that is not a fault in the making. If something is wrong with the piece itself, tell us on the contact page.

Once we have a usable mould, the piece usually takes 10 to 14 days to make. That does not include the days the kit is with you, or the days it spends in the post.

No. We do not treat teeth. If your gums are sore, a tooth is broken, you wear braces or a retainer, or you are having dental treatment, ask your dentist before you order.

Silver is bright and can tarnish. Yellow gold is warm, white gold is pale, and rose gold is pink. 9k has less gold and is harder. 18k has more gold and is softer. 14k sits between them. At the same karat, yellow, white and rose gold are the same price. There is more on the grillz page.

A hallmark is the small mark struck into gold or silver. Where UK law requires one for that metal and weight, the piece is hallmarked. We send the metal details with the finished piece.

You choose the number of caps and the metal on the grillz page. On the sheet in the kit you mark which teeth, and whether you want plain caps, a bar joining them, or a cutout such as a heart or a window.

Yes. We post from the United Kingdom to anywhere the post will deliver. You pay any customs or import tax in your country. Postage times are on the shipping page.

You pay that postage. Use the packaging the kit came in. The return address is printed inside the kit.

Take them out, rinse them, and use a soft brush with mild soap. Dry them. Tarnished silver can be polished. Do not use anything abrasive on gold.
