We post from the United Kingdom.

The kit goes out by tracked post. The finished piece comes back the same way. In the UK, allow a few working days each way, on top of the time to make the piece. If a kit we post does not arrive, tell us on the contact page.

We also send kits and finished pieces worldwide, where the post will take them. International transit is longer, and a parcel can sit in customs. You pay any import tax, duty or local fee.

To send the mould back, use the packaging in the kit. You pay that postage. From outside the UK, use the return address printed in the kit. If a mould is lost in the post, tell us on the contact page.
