Process

How a grill is made

The kit, the mould, then the finished piece. Rings, chains and one-off pieces are quoted first.

01

Place your order

Choose how many caps, and the metal.

The mould kit is part of the same order and is posted to you.

02

Take the mould

Press the tray over the teeth the grill is for. Wait while the material sets, then lift it off. The mould needs to show each tooth up to the gum. There is a second attempt in the kit if the first one tears, bubbles, or stops short.

03

Mark the sheet and send it back

Mark which teeth, and whether you want plain caps, a bar, or a cutout. Put the mould and the sheet in the packaging from the kit and post it back.

04

We make the piece and send it back

We check the mould, then make the grill in the metal you chose. A wax-up is built on the model first. That blue shape is not the finished piece. It is cast and worked into the silver or gold. From the day a usable mould arrives, this usually takes 10 to 14 days. The finished piece comes back by tracked post.

How a cap sits

Each cap covers the tooth it is made for, up to the gum.

Wearing

We do not recommend eating or sleeping in them. They are jewellery, not a dental appliance. Take them out to eat, to sleep, and when you clean your teeth.

If the grillz do not fit

The piece follows the mould, and we do not reshape it on your teeth afterwards. The full answer is in the FAQ and the terms.
