1. Who you are buying from

Madani Jewellery supplies custom grillz, and the mould kits used to make them, in the United Kingdom. You can reach us through the contact page. To send a kit back, use the packaging it came with.

2. What the goods are

Grillz are jewellery made from a mould of your own teeth. They come off. We suggest you take them out to eat and to sleep.

3. One order

The order covers the grill and the mould kit together. You choose the top teeth, the bottom teeth, or both. The metal is silver or gold. Gold is yellow, white or rose. The quality of the gold is 9k, 14k or 18k. The kit is posted to you as part of that order.

4. What is in the kit

A kit for one jaw contains one tray, two bases and two catalysts, which is two attempts. A kit for both jaws contains two trays, four bases and four catalysts, which is two attempts for each jaw. Each kit also contains a sheet printed with the upper and lower teeth, a kit number, and packaging to post it back. The same number is on the box and on the sheet.

5. Taking the mould

You follow the instructions supplied with the kit and take the mould of the teeth the grill is for. The material is enough for two attempts. If the first attempt fails, use the second. If both attempts fail, you need another kit.

The piece covers each tooth up to the gumline, so the mould has to show the tooth that far. The grill can only follow the mould you send.

6. The sheet

When the kit arrives, you mark the finish on the sheet. It shows your upper and lower teeth. Plain caps are solid metal over each tooth. A bar joins the teeth into one continuous face of metal. A cutout takes a shape out of the metal, such as a heart or a window. If you want something the sheet does not cover, we will contact you on the email you gave.

7. Sending the kit back

If you would like us to look at the mould before you post it, send a photo. Then return the mould and the sheet in the packaging the kit came with.

8. When making starts

Making starts only after we have checked your mould. From that day, the normal time is 10 to 14 days. The finished grillz are posted back by tracked delivery.

9. Fit

The piece covers each tooth up to the gumline, and it follows the mould. We do not make a piece from a mould we have not checked. If the mould cannot be used, the jewellery has not been made, so that part of the price is refunded. The mould kit is not refunded, because it has already been posted. If the finished piece is faulty, or not what you ordered, tell us.

10. Cancellation

A grill is made for your teeth, and we cannot sell it to anyone else. Once we have started making it, you cannot cancel because you have changed your mind. If the piece is faulty, or not what you ordered, tell us.

12. Hallmark

A hallmark is the small mark struck into gold and silver to show the metal. We include those details with your finished piece.

13. How long it takes

From the day we receive your mould, making usually takes 10 to 14 days. The days the kit is with you, and the days it is in the post, are separate.

14. Your order

The teeth and the metal are the ones you ordered. We post the kit to the address you give. Making starts once we have checked your mould.
