We post from the United Kingdom.

United Kingdom. Kits go out tracked. Making starts when a usable mould is back with us. The finished piece comes back tracked. Allow a few working days each way on top of the 10 to 14 making days.

Worldwide. We send kits and finished pieces worldwide where the post will take them. International transit is longer and can sit in customs. Any import tax, duty or local fee is yours. We do not pay those at the other end.

Sending the mould back. Use the packaging in the kit. You pay that postage. From outside the UK, use the return address printed in the kit. If a mould is lost in the post, write to us. We will say whether a new kit is needed. A kit that has already been posted is not refunded.
